At Centro Ann Sullivan del Perú (CASP), we not only educate students with different abilities, such as autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities, but we train their families to become their best teachers and, in this way, make them independent, productive, and happy. We have exported our model to over ten countries and actively train professionals worldwide.

How do we do it?

  1. Through our philosophy, “Treat me like any other person,” which focuses on abilities instead of weaknesses and on being friends before being teachers.

  2. Through our methodology, the Functional-Natural Curriculum, developed based on ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), where we emphasize practical skills for daily life and preparation for adult life.

  3. Through our partnership between families and professionals, “The Power of 2,” where we train families in the same procedures used by our specialists so they can become the best teachers for their children, thus continuing their education at home and in the community.
